Application Process

1. First either fill in the online application template OR full tenancy application form (attached as PDF document below). 

Now do the following to successfully complete your rental application:

1. Photo ID: along with your application, you need to scan and email OR bring into our office photographic identification, i.e. driver's licence or passport (photo page).
2. References x 2: TWO references are required - previous landlords or employers are ideal, no family members please. If the referee is outside of New Zealand, please supply a written copy of the reference.
3. Credit reference - Australians: our office runs a credit check on applicants, but Australians can obtain their own through www.mycreditfile.com.au (cost AUD$23).
4. Additional tenants: all additional people who wish to reside at the rental property must complete a rental application form (including ID and references).
5. Applicants born outside of New Zealand: need to provide a photocopy of the visa page of passport, along with photo ID and references.
